Mr. Mark has been the Administrator at Bethany Manor since 2007. Prior to joining the Manor full time, Mr. Mark served as the Administrator for Penn Yan Manor Nursing Home for 11 years. Jim has also served as acting administrator for Bethany Manor, Arnot Ogden 4D, Elderwood at Tioga, and Founders Pavilion.
Mr. Mark earned his degree in Business Administration at Elmira College and degree in Health Services Management from SUNY College of Technology at Utica/Rome.

Michelle Kelly, RN has been home care director for Bethany Village since 2002. Michelle has over 30 years of nursing experience including hospice, dementia care , skilled nursing, and public health. She has been certified in wound care and dementia care. Presently, she is administrator and director of Bethany?s licensed home care agency which provides a wide variety of home care services including medication management, personal care, housekeeping, transportation, shopping, wound care and companion care. She directs and operates the Bethany Village Adult Social Day Club at the Courtyards as well.
Michelle is a graduate of Corning Community College and is a current member of the nursing program's advisory board. Corning College contracts with Community Home Care of Bethany Village to educate and train senior nursing students in the home care setting each year.
Michelle collaborates regularly with the Alzheimer's Association and has led and facilitated a very successful caregiver support group for the association since 2009. She is a certified dementia care specialist. She is a strong advocate for providing quality care for independent seniors and support to family and caregivers in the community. Virginia Wetherbee
Virginia Wetherbee joined Bethany Village Courtyards in 1996 as Director of Resident Care. In 2001 she assumed the responsibility of Administrator of the Courtyards, Assisted Living and Memory Care Units.
Virginia is a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY College of Technology in Utica New York.
Virginia has over 25 years experience in long term care. Prior to coming to Bethany she was Assistant Director of Nursing at Schulyer Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility.
She and her husband reside in Horseheads, NY. Thomas Santobianco
Mr. Santobianco has been with Bethany Village for over 24 years, serving as Administrator of both the Courtyards Adult Home and the Manor Skilled Nursing & Health Related Facility, prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer and President in 2005.
Mr. Santobianco completed his undergraduate work in Business Administration at Elmira College. In addition, Mr. Santobianco also completed his Masters' Program at Elmira College in Education and completed a Graduate Program in Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Prior to joining Bethany Village in 1989, Mr. Santobianco served as the Project Coordinator and Community Mediator for the Neighborhood Justice Project, Director of Human Resources for Elmira College and Director of Operations for North Penn Health Care Services in Blossburg, PA.
Tom's wife Nancy works for BOCES as a Nursing Instructor and they reside in Watkins Glen, NY.
