Campbell man charged with beating woman in front of family on Christmas Day

TOWN OF BRADFORD, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - A Campbell man is facing felony assault charges after it's alleged that he caused serious physical injuries to a woman in front of her family on Christmas Day. 

Steuben County Sheriff's deputies responded to Parker Road, in the Town of Bradford, for a 911 report of a child that could see his mother getting assaulted by her boyfriend on Monday, December 25.

After further investigation, it's alleged that 28-year-old Richard Holley caused serious physical injuries to the victim. 

Holley is charged with one count of assault in the second degree, a felony, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He is being held at the Steuben County jail on $10,000 cash bail and is set to reappear in court on January 8, 2018.
