City Wants Community's Input on Ernie Davis Park Redesign

ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Ernie Davis Park will soon be redesigned and the City of Elmira is looking for the community's input.

Residents are invited to offer their thoughts on what should be included in an overhaul of the park during a public meeting Monday, March 20.

The city's Department of Community Development and Elmira City Councilman Brent Stermer, D-2nd District, have partnered with students from Cornell University's student-run community design organization, Design Connect, to help with the park redesign.

Monday's community meeting with the Design Connect team is from 7-8:30 p.m. at Community Arts of Elmira, located at 413 Lake St.
