Four Arrested for Drug Possession After Traffic Stop

WAVERLY, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Four people are facing drug charges after officers found meth in the car during a traffic stop in Waverly early Friday morning.

Police said they found meth in the car during a stop on Park Ave around 1 a.m. Waverly Police arrested Ashley Agnew, 29, of Sayre, Pa., Tyler Allen, 23, of Mildred, Pa., Michael Carrethers, 35, of Waverly, N.Y. and Katelyn Rowe, 26 of Athens, Pa. All four are charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Carrethers and Rowe were both wanted on other warrants from the village of Waverly Justice Court.

All four were arraigned in the Village of Waverly Court and sent to the Tioga County Correctional Facility.
