OWEGO, N.Y. (WETM-18) Lockheed Martin’s plant in Owego is expanding and will create new jobs on its campus.
The multi-million dollar construction project at the Manufacturing Center of Excellence began in January this year, and is schedule to be done by January 2015 at an estimated cost of $19.3 million. The expansion will create 130 news positions.
