Move It Monday! Split Squats

ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - New York Sport & Fitness' John Maio shows our Zach Wheeler how to do a Split Squat in this week's Move It Monday!

The Split Squat is primary a lower body strength exercise. The split squat can be performed with the rear foot on the ground, or with the rear foot on a bench.
