Alexis Gilliam on Making it to The NFL

Horseheads native was Baltimore Ravens cheerleader

ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 SPORTS) - In December, Alexis Gilliam-Suter was inducted into the Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame. 

The night was a culmination of years of hard work and dedication to her craft. Gilliam-Suter, a native of Horseheads, was a cheerleader at The University of Maryland for the Terrapins and later for the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. 

After the ceremony during the Josh Palmer Basketball Classic in Elmria, Alexis took a moment to reflect back on some of her major accomplishments. 18 Sports takes you back to the Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame night, a night that Gilliam-Suter will never forget.
