MRN Racing Host Steve Post Visits Twin Tiers

Special event in Watkins Glen Saturday

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (18 SPORTS) - Longtime national racing reporter, Steve Post, is helping the future of the sport.

Post, who's first broadcasting job was in 1986 at Pocono Raceway, visited Watkins Glen and Horseheads high schools on Friday in an effort to share his life story. A vital part of the successful Motor Racing Network (MRN), Post spoke to students and talked about chasing down dreams and living your life with passion. 

On Saturday, the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC) will hold "Speaking of Life in The Fast Lane," a special speaker series with Post.  Admission is just a $5 donation and the event begins at 1 pm located at the research center on 610 Decatur Street in Watkins Glen.

18 Sports had the opportunity to speak with Post on what he accomplished in speaking to students about his exciting and tremendous career which spans over three decades.
