Season Ends for North Penn/Liberty Volleyball in First Round of States

Mounties fall to Holy Redeemer in straight sets

ATHENS, P.A. (18 SPORTS) - The North Penn/Liberty Mounties volleyball team lost to Holy Redeemer in straight sets in the first round of the PIAA class AA state tournament.

The Royals defeated the District IV class AA champs 25-16, 25-14, 28-26.

Brooke Harvey had nine kills and 12 digs for the Mounties.

JoAnne McNamara had 11 assists for North Penn/Liberty.

Sklar Osenkarski had 22 kills and 11 points for Holy Redeemer.
