Cold Strawberry Bisque

2 pints fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced in half

2 cups plain yogurt

½ cup orange juice

½ cup water

½ cup granulated sugar

1/8 tsp. cardamom

 

Basic Preparation

 

Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until all contents are pureed and smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours to chill. Serve in small bowls and garnish with sliced strawberry and fresh mint.
