Attorney General Looking Into Civil Rights Violations
A grand jury will hear evidence in the fatal shooting of an unarmed teen by a Ferguson, MO police officer.

Michael Brown was shot and killed on August 9th. His death set off more than ten days of violent protests. Overnight there were more demonstrations but they were the most peaceful so far.

The police officer is on administrative leave but has not been charged with any crimes.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will arrive in the St. Louis suburb today to meet with FBI, law enforcement and community leaders to get the latest on the investigation.
