CORNING, N.Y (WETM-18) -- New York State Trooper pleads guilty to Driving While Intoxicated Charges.

Alex Krawczyk, 27, plead guilty in the Town of Corning court to DWI charges.  In January, Krawczyk lost control of his vehicle, hit two trees and flipped the car over around 2 a.m on Pulteney Street in the Village of Riverside.

He's currently on unpaid suspension by the New York State Police. Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says Krawczyk's case will go through the internal affairs process with New York State Police.
