Two Men Arrested in Tioga County Drug Bust

TIOGA TOWNSHIP, P.A. (WETM-18) -- Pennsylvania State Police arrest two men following a drug bust in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.

John Janelli, 48, and Michael Gilbert both of Tioga, PA are both charged with multiple felonies following a drug bust at Gilbert's home.

Both are charged with: Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Operating a methamphetamine laboratory and illegal dumping of methamphetamine waste, Liquefied Ammonia gas; precursors and chemicals, Possession with Intent to Manufacture a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Risking a Catastrophe.

Gilbert is also charged with a misdemeanor charge of Possesion of a Small Amount of Marijuana Only For Personal Use.

New York State Police say Janelli and Gilbert were making meth at Gilbert's home in Tioga, PA with the intention of selling it.

Police began the investigation into the meth lab after receiving tips, pictures and speaking with a neighbor of Gilbert's.
