Bruce Juneau joined WETM 18 News in September 2023 as a multimedia journalist. Bruce graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and TV/Video Production.
While enrolled at Plattsburgh, he took part in many roles in PSTV, the school’s television station. These roles included news reporter, news anchor, sports reporter, play-by-play and color commentator, sports analyst, sports director, and crew member.
Bruce grew up in Chazy, New York, near Plattsburgh, and about 15 minutes from both the Canadian and Vermont borders.
When he is not working, Bruce enjoys watching sports, hanging out with friends and family, and finding new places around town to enjoy.
After spending his whole life in the North Country, Bruce is excited to get started on his next chapter and discover the ins and outs of his new home in Elmira.
