Health Matters

We’ve all seen the funny post and hilarious memes on social media about “beach bodies” (and not having them). But what about while you are waiting for that beach body to come in? You’ve been working out for months but still don’t see any results? Well we tell you why in this weeks morning minute.

Something that is important to keep in mind while on this weight loss ( or gain) journey is that there are more factors and moving parts to working out and getting results than you may think.

For example, what type of changes have you made to your routine? Where did you start? What are you willing to give up?

Something else to think about is consistency. How often are you working out for? How long? Before you start seeing changes you may need to take a step back and evaluate before stepping back on that treadmill.
