Toyota to Recall 6.5 Million Cars Over Faulty Power Window Switch

Toyota recalls millions of vehicles due to problems with the power windows.

Toyota is recalling 6.5 million vehicles, 2.7 million in North America, to fix a faulty power window switches.

The company says debris can cause the window’s master switch to short circuit and catch fire.

The recall impacts nine Toyota models including the popular Camry, Tundra and Sequoia made between 2005 and 2010.

Toyota says it will notify owners of the recall.
