Troy Fair hopes for better weather this year

The 143rd annual Troy Fair turned into a devastating flood that turned Alpron Park, Pennsylvania into a river last July.

This year the director of the fair is approaching it with a new layout, preparations and more precautions.

“We are anticipating a week of great weather. It’s looking like 70’s and sun,” said Tamara Hess, Director of the Troy fair. “But as a precaution, we have set the rides up on the in-field.”

The fair will run from Monday, July 22 until Saturday, July 27.
