ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – The 4th District Council Meeting will go on as planned at Diven Elementary School despite the resignation of Councilman John Massey.
The meeting will be an interactive round table for tenants in the City of Elmira.
The meeting will take place today from 6 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
The meeting is sponsored by the Anita Lewis of the Economic Opportunity Program, John McCracken of the City Code Department, and Mayor Daniel Mandell.
