A Chemung County Grand Jury indicts Akeem Williams for the shooting death last month of Tiko Head in Elmira.

Williams is indicted on charges of Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Police say Williams shot Tiko Head in the chest at 106 West Second Street.

Another person living at that address testified during a preliminary hearing that she heard an argument between the two over one of them using the other’s Xbox before the shooting.

If convicted, Williams faces 25 years to life in prison.
