Alex Trebek says he will focus on his health over the next few months as Jeopardy! wraps up filming of its 35th season.

So far, Trebek has filmed 50 episodes of Jeopardy! after being diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer.

In a message to fans, Trebek says he feels good and is already making plans to return to Jeopardy! next season.

“Despite what you may have heard, I’m feeling good,” Trebek explains. “I’m continuing with my therapy. And we, the staff, are already working on our next season, the 36th year of Jeopardy! I look forward to seeing you all again in September.”

Trebek also thanked fans for all the support and kind messages they have sent. Trebek announced his cancer diagnosis last month, vowing to beat the disease.

Jeopardy! airs each night on WETM NBC at 7:30 p.m.
