American Honda recalls Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles due to fire and burn hazards


American Honda has recalled several recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs), citing that an incorrectly installed throttle body can ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

About 56,000 models from 2016 through 2017, and some model year 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000 side-by-side vehicle are affected by the recall.

Owners should stop using the vehicle immediately and schedule an appointment at an authorized Honda Powersports dealer for a free inspection and repair.
