Cameron woman charged with failing to provide proper sustenance, food and water to dog

A 37-year-old Cameron woman is accused of failing to provide sustenance, food and water to her dog.

Megan Welch was arrested after the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of possible animal abuse at her home. 

Welch is charged with Overdriving, a class A misdemeanor of the Agriculture and Markets Law.

She was issued an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Cameron court at a later date.
