Icy conditions on the road result in a car accident in the Town of Bath Thursday morning.
At 7:13 the Bath Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a reported vehicle over the bank on Mail Rt.
One car was being held by some small trees next to the road with a woman still inside.
Chains were run from the truck to the SUV to keep it from falling down the embankment.
Rescuers entered the SUV to access the driver who had minor injuries.
The woman got up to the passenger side door were rescuers helped her get out.
Assistant Chief Robin Havens requested a sander for the icy road.
