Chairmen Jerry Nadler faints at confrence

House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler appeared to faint while in public in New York on Friday afternoon,

New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio was announcing details on a school zone program when Nadler appeared to slump over in his seat.

At one point– De Blasio offered the congressman water. The event was at a crowded public school and the room was very warm.

According to Nadler’s aide– the New York democrat “is doing okay.”

He reports Nadler– quote– “seems to have been dehydrated.”

The Chairman was reportedly responsive on the way to the hospital where he received a check-up and fluids. 

He then posted a tweet shortly after saying it was very warm in the room and that he was “dehydrated and felt ill, but is now feeling better.
