Following the school shooting in Florida, the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting two active shooter training sessions.  The training is specifically for faith based organizations.  Registration is required by calling 737-2987 X 74104

The goal is to provide the area with the necessary knowledge to properly react during an active shooter situation.

The training sessions will be held on February 21st and 28th, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Big Flats Community Center.
