Plenty of kids can’t wait until Christmas Day to get their visit from Santa.
But at Bradford Central School, Christmas came a little early this year.
On December 21, Santa came to Bradford Central School in a Bradford Fire Department fire truck, and each child from kindergarten to fourth grade got a gift from Santa and Mrs. Clause themselves.
The event is put on by the Bradford Volunteer Fire Company, who raises money throughout the year to make sure that each child gets a Christmas.
“For some kids, this is the only gift they get,” Bradford Fire Department President and Chief Rodney Hoad said. “It always means a lot to the fire company.”
