Cocaine arrest made in the Village of Bath

On Feb. 15, the Village of Bath Police Department arrested Dahna Turner, 34, of Bath, on warrants for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree along with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

It is alleged that Ms. Turner sold cocaine in the Village of Bath in 2018.

Turner is currently on felony probation due to the charges and was arraigned in Steuben County in front of Judge Mcallister before being charged.

After the court date, Turner was found guilty and then put in the Steuben County Jail without bail.
