Elmira woman indicted for breaking four year old’s leg

An Elmira woman has been indicted for breaking a four-year-old child’s leg.

It’s alleged that on July 18, 24-year-old Cherrell Loucks intentionally fractured both the tibia and fibula of the child’s left leg.

Loucks has been charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony.
