Hilfiger rocks New York City Fashion Week with 2019 Fall/Winter collection

New York Fashion Week has begun, and models hit the runway Friday evening for one Elmira native’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection.

Andy Hilfiger presented ARTISTIX by Greg Polisseni at Industria: Studio Ten on West 12th Street in the city. 

Big names in fashion, art, and music were there to check out the rock ‘n’ roll style. Dominican singer and songwriter Natti Natasha was set to walk the runway. 

Billboard highlighted her appearance in an article earlier Friday on its website billboard.com. 

Natti Natasha is slated to walk in Andy Hilfiger Presents Artistix by Greg Polisseni for fall 2019 at New York Fashion Week on Friday (Feb. 8). First, Andy introduced Aaliyah, Destiny’s Child, Mary J. Blige and Kendall and Kylie Jenner to the runway. Now, he is bringing Latin superstar Natti Natasha to debut at New York Fashion Week. Artistix will show men’s and women’s rock ‘n’ roll streetwear. The collection is inspired by the artwork of Artistix founder Greg Polisseni.

Andy’s son Andrew even took to the runway. Hilfiger is a musician and designer who grew up in Elmira. He is the younger brother of famous fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.
