Hornell Residents Charged With Distributing Cocaine

News

Two people are charged for cocaine distribution following a year long investigation. 

30-year-old David C. Cage, former resident of Hornell, has been charged with three counts of criminal possession. Cage is already an inmate in the Steuben County Jail. 

31-year-old Charles K. Townsend, also a former resident of Hornell, has been charged with one count of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance. Townsend is currently an inmate in the Livingston County Jail. 

Both are held without bail, police said more arrests will follow.
