An investigation into a domestic dispute leads to the arrest of a Horseheads man on Christmas.
56-year-old Jack R. Hill was arrested for assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Both charges are considered misdemeanors.
Hill was arraigned in the Horseheads Town Court and sent to the Chemung county Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
