Jump Start to Living Well: Don’t get burnt out!…Know when to give yourself a break


When you get into the habit of working out, it can be hard to stop. Here’s some tips on how you know it’s time to take a day off.

When you start to feel like your workout is loosing power…take a break! 

Try doing something lighter on your “off” days to keep you motivated and then push extra hard during your regular workouts.
