Jump Start to Living Well: When to stay home when you’re sick and when to fight through it


In this week’s episode we have some tips for when to stay home and when to fight through it if you aren’t feeling 100%.

An easy rule of thumb is: If your symptoms are from the chin up, you’re OK to come to the gym and sweat it out. If it’s from the chin down (including coughing!) stay home and let your body rest. This is for your own health and others around you. 

Lastly, more important during cold and flu season than ever before…wipe down your machines!
