A domestic violence arrest was made on Jan. 5 in Bath, New York.
William Margeson Jr., 38, was arrested after not allowing his family members to call emergency assistance when they needed it inside of his home.
Margeson Jr. also was not allowing multiple of his family members in need to leave his house in order to go and get assistance.
When officials arrived on the scene they arrested Margeson and charged him with domestic abuse charges, unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, and preventing an emergency call.
Margeson Jr. was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child because a child was present during this incident.
