An indictment has been handed down against one of two men allegedly involved in a meth lab explosion in December 2018.
Chad White was indicted by a Chemung County Grand Jury for unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine in the third degree.
According to court documents, White possessed two or more pieces of laboratory equipment and two or more precursors, chemical reagents, or solvents in any combination to produce methamphetamine.
White and Jared Voorhees are suspects after a meth lab explosion on Dec. 1, 2018, at 327 Lounsbury Avenue, Elmira Heights.
Voorhees was arraigned in Elmira Heights Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail on $50,000 Bail/$100,00 Bond.
