Corning Community College will host a “festival” to help returning and incoming students fill out their FAFSA forms with ease.

The event is called “FAFSA Fest.” Students considering attending CCC can also partake in the festival.

Staff members from the financial aid office will be assisting students and parents on completing their FAFSA forms. They will also assist with filling out the New York State Tuition Assistance Program applications, also known as TAP.

Students and parents can attend one of three “FAFSA Fests” this week.

Those sessions are Monday, March 25 at the Commons Computer Lab from 9 a.m.- 11 a.m.; Wed. March 27 inside the Elmira Center Computer Lab from 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.; and Thurs. March 28 inside the Commons Computer Lab from 1 p.m.- 3 p.m.

CCC also provided a checklist for students and parents to use in order to be prepared before attending “FAFSA Fest.”
