A Corning man charged with sex crimes with a minor has been extradited to North Carolina.

According to Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss, authorities from North Carolina picked Kennedy up today from the Chemung County Jail.

He is charged in North Carolina with two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child.

He is accused of traveling to North Carolina to make sexual contact with a juvenile female he once trained at his former business, Intensity Cheer Elite in the Arnot Mall.
