A fall hazard has prompted Rainbow Play Systems to recall more than 100-thousand pairs of trapeze rings used on its Rainbow-Branded residential wooden playsets.
The rings are plastic and can crack or break during use, posing a fall hazard to children.
Rainbow has received more than 100 reports of such incidents, including 15 reports of injuries consisting of bumps, bruises, lacerations, concussion and a broken finger.
The rings were either sold as a separate component or as an attachment on Rainbow-Branded playsets.

Rainbow dealers nationwide sold the rings from January 2007 through December 2011.
