The Grille at the Train Station talks about Pennsylvania minimum wage

x (Do not use) Local News - -

In 2019, New York’s minimum wage will be increasing by 70 cents and over 22 states will be increasing their minimum wage across the Unites States.

Pennsylvania is one of the state’s not participating in this minimum wage increase and business owners are beginning to take notice.

The owner of The Grille at the Train Station has over 60 employees working for him but he told 18 News that he does not have any of his employees working any where close to the minimum wage mark of $7.25 in Pennsylvania.

Eight states (Alaska, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Ohio, and South Dakota) were forced to automatically increase their rates based on the cost of living.
