 A U.S. Supreme Court Judge creates a stir with his comments, and stolen chicken wings make national headlines.

CNN Reports Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia raised eyebrows on Wednesday with a comment he made during the court’s hearing of an affirmative action case, in which he seemed to suggest some African-Americans belong in lesser colleges.

Meanwhile, a father-son duo were arrested in November in Syracuse for selling more than $40,000 worth of stolen chicken wings, according to authorities.

the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says  the pair billed around $41,000 of chicken-wing orders to the Twin Trees Two restaurant, where they worked as cooks 
The story gained broader attention on just yesterday…the pair resold the ordered wings on the street or to local establishments for a reduced 
They face charges for grand larceny in the third degree and falsifying business records in the first degree.
