UPDATE (2/4/19): Three people have been arrested for neglecting care for a dependent person.
Officials say Marian Bellows suffered severe life-threatening pressure injuries from not being moved for a long period of time.
Daniel, Dustin, and Timothy Bellows have each been charged with one felony count of neglect of a care-dependent person, one misdemeanor count of neglect of care of a care-dependent person, and misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person.
All three appeared in Bradford County District Court and were released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
An investigation is ongoing into the neglect of care of one Northern Tier woman.
Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda said they’re investigating an incident on Center Street in Towanda Township.
They said 55-year-old Marian Bellows was found with severe life-threatening pressure injuries from not being moved for a long period of time.
State Police did not give an update condition of Bellows but said the investigation is ongoing.
