A VanEtten man is behind bars following a traffic stop in the Town of Hector.
32-year-old Jason Miller was initially arrested by Schuyler County Sheriff’s after deputies found a shotgun in his vehicle.
Miller, who was previously convicted of a felony, was sent to jail on $1,500 cash bail and $3,000 property bond.
An investigation into the vehicle stop also resulted in further charges.
Miller was arrested Tuesday and charged with Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the second-degree, a class C felony.
He was sent back to jail without bail.
