WAVERLY, N.Y. (18 NEWS) A waverly man is arrested after a Waverly Police investigation of a sexual assault in the Village of Waverly.
Justin Michael Eccleston, 23, is charged with Felony Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, Felony Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Misdemeanor Unlawful Imprisonment in the Seond Degree, and three counts of Misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the second degree. Waverly Police said Eccleston sexually assaulted a child under the age of 11.
He is being held without bail in the Tioga County Jail, awaiting further police and court action.
