Woodstock 50 promoter speaking on local radio show

Woodstock 50 promoter Michael Lang is scheduled to speak on local radio show “Frankly Speaking” on Thursday, April 4. 

The show airs on News Talk 1230/1450 AM and 106.9FM and Lang will be on-air at 7:30 a.m.

Lang, who promoted the original 1969 festival as well, is expected to discuss the local impact of Woodstock 50 on residents and the community. 

Questions will be asked by the host of the forum Frank Acomb who will be joined by Congressman Tom Reed, Assemblyman Phil Palmesano, and the Village of Watkins Glen Mayor Luke Leszyk.

The commemorative concert is scheduled for August 16 – 18 at Watkins Glen International.
