2300 Degrees Event Returns to CMOG

Local News

Kick off the season of sparkle and shine with a fantastic 2300°! Make memories as you gather with friends and family and relax while enjoying great music, and amazing live glassmaking.

At 2300° Fahrenheit, hot glass gets interesting—and so do things at The Corning Museum of Glass. Enjoy glassmaking demonstrations, live music, and great food and drink. Free and open to the public.

Designer and artist, Pauline Deltour will work side-by-side with the Hot Glass Demo team to realize her designs in glass! Deltour’s inspiration comes from exploring shapes in which sturdiness and usefulness, as well as poetry and sensitivity, mingle. She has worked on projects ranging from tableware to furniture through to the design of public and private space layouts.

Get ready to turn up the funk with The Jeff Love Band! Blending classic funk, jazz, and soul elements with their unique and contemporary vocals, you’re going to want to dance, dance, dance all night long.

Take 23% off your purchase in the Museum Shops, beginning at 5 pm through the event. Offer valid on all non-sale items.

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks are available. Heartier fare is also available for purchase.

Free shuttle bus service from the Museum’s I-86 parking lot is available.
