The driver and three students involved in the crash were taken to Arnot Ogden Medical Center where they were treated for minor injuries and released.
The driver, 64-year old Gary Reynolds of Watkins Glen, was ticketed for moving from his lane unsafely.
Authorities say he may have suffered from a medical condition.
A crash on I-86 West near the Arnot Mall involving a Watkins Glen Central School van Monday morning sends three individuals to the hospital.
Authorities at the scene tell 18 News the crash happened when the van went off the road and through a fence bordering airport property.
They say three people were taken via ambulance to local hospitals, no word on their conditions or what caused the crash.
The Chemung County Sheriff’s department is investigating.
