Alleged drug activity near schools leads to arrest in Bath

Complaints of drug activity near a school led to the arrest of Vincent Martilotti, 37, of Bath, according to the Village of Bath Police Department.

Martilotti was arrested and charged on June 20, 2019, on two Steuben County Superior Court indictment warrants for two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth degree, all class D felonies.

Martilotti was taken directly to jail and will be arraigned in Steuben County Court at a later time.

The arrest was the work of the Bath Police Department, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Corning Police Department, and the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office.
