BLOSSBURG, PA (FNN) – It is that time of year again for Blossburg V.I.B.E.’s light up the holidays contest.
People participating in this contest, will be decorating the outside of their buildings, yards, your neighbor’s yard for Christmas and could win some gift certificates to local businesses for the holidays.
Last years winners are not eligible this year, but will be next year.
