Representatives with the Chemung County Legislature will meet for the first time Monday night.
It won’t be a full legislative meeting. Instead it will be meetings for several County Committees. One committee meeting is the Personnel Committee. They will review appointments made by the new County Executive, Christopher Moss.
The County Executive made appointments for Director of Aviation, Director of Public Information, Director of Information Technology and Director of Public Works.
These appointments come after Moss relieved the employees who held these positions in December.
Last week, Moss implemented a series of salary cuts for these positions,County Executive and Deputy County Executive positions.
The meetings start at 7 p.m. at the Legislative Chambers inside the Hazlett Building
