Community Days Parade makes a comeback after several-year hiatus

Local News

Parade-goers spent a nice day outdoors on Saturday at the Baldwin Community Days Parade.

Several fire trucks, farm vehicles, and Chemung County Sheriff’s cars lined up and took a ride through the town.

Acting Sheriff Bill Schrom said the parade is a comeback since the last time Baldwin held the parade was about eight years ago. That is when the town celebrated a historic anniversary.

There was also a chicken dinner afterward.
